How We Work

We offer a free site survey and no-obligation quotation. We listen to your requirements and suggest layout options to help plan the project. Once agreed, we measure the area carefully, taking into account groundworks, blocks, drainage, and all site conditions.

You will then receive a fully itemised, personalised quotation, clearly explained so you understand every part of the work.

We never apply pressure for a decision. We understand this is a major investment, and we always recommend getting at least 3 quotes before choosing a contractor. We are confident our service and value stand out.

If you accept the quotation, we will arrange a second visit. We confirm layout, mark out areas, take photos, and collect all required details including colours, edging choices, access, and safety information.

All of this is compiled into a detailed "Job Pack", used on-site by our team and stored in our system for full project tracking.

For your peace of mind, no deposit is required before work begins. Once your new driveway has been fully excavated and all spoil has been removed from site, a 50% deposit will be payable. The remaining balance is then due upon completion of the project, once you are completely satisfied with the finished work. This payment structure ensures you can see the progress and quality of the work before making any substantial payment.

Our office planner confirms all start dates and keeps you updated throughout the project. Once work begins, our team leader reviews the Job Pack with you on-site and confirms the full plan.

We excavate the area to the required depth, install hardcore, drainage, manholes, and edging, and prepare a compacted sub-base. A tarmac base layer is then installed to specification, leaving the correct depth for resin application.

All work is completed to meet the standards required for our 15-year guarantee.

Our specialist resin team checks colours, materials, and specifications before starting. The resin and aggregates are mixed in precise ratios and applied evenly across the prepared surface for a seamless finish.

A fine anti-slip finish is applied during installation to improve grip when wet.
